"The Misbegotten"

Updated: Dec 16, 2020

Death, sweet death,

I yearn for your sweet release

down upon my angered soul.

Bear down upon me,

to steal my essence of humanity.

Please do not weep for me,

for I am expendable

as the waste of life.

Truly see me for who I am,

just another human

in the home of 7 billion souls.

Care for me

not more than them,

just hold me dear in your heart.

For mine is dead to the world.

It shall only rise again,

with but one single kiss

upon my miss begotten lips,

that speak the truth of the ages. . .
